The Springs Civil Service Olympiad (SCSO) is an innovative academic initiative designed to inspire young minds towards leadership, governance, public service, and nation building. Inspired by the structure of the Civil Service Examination, SCSO provides students with an opportunity to develop analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, communication skills, and awareness from an early age.
SCSO stands apart through its UPSC-inspired examination pattern that introduces students to the spirit of competitive public service examinations at an early stage. The programme fosters leadership and responsible citizenship while nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
